April 2021[edit]

Information icon Hi MagikMan1337! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Lists of earthquakes that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Alright, I'll be constructive the next time. A more recent eruption (1912 Novarupta) was larger, that's all. MagikMan1337 (talk) 14:40, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You removed sourcing based on your personal interpretation. "Wrong" is not an appropriate way to deal with something like that. At the very least, you must use the talkpage to make your argument, especially given the coverage that has consistently indicated that the eruption was indeed the largest since 1883. In any case, these measurements are often ambiguous, so assumptions that you possess certain knowledge are mistaken. Acroterion (talk) 14:59, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Iran & largest[edit]

The lead there is a summary of the article and that little bit is sourced. Dawnseeker2000 22:04, 8 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
