Feel free to visit the Microsoft Community, use the Windows Feedback Hub, go to Internet fora/forums, write on your own blog, or if you wish to do so here on Wikipedia find reliable sources (see: WP:SOURCE) and add well sourced content concerning issues as these complaints are valid and in fact welcomed if phrased and placed correctly here on Wikipedia, but Wikipedia is not a forum (WP:NOTFORUM) and should not be your first choice, please complain to Microsoft directly here at the Microsoft Community, or somewhere else first.
