Hi there,
I saw some of your reverts made in pages like Talk:History of India and Shivamogga district‎. While your intentions were good in reverting them, those reverts left behind some garbage in the article. Please look into the article history before using "Undo" feature. Usually those kind of vandalisms /test-edits, would happen in a series of edits. We, those who are reverting, need to make sure we are reverting all such edits and not the latest edit. I have now corrected in both the above pages. Please take a look at this history of those pages, and see the diffs in my reverts, so you would understand better what I am trying to say. By the way, good job fighting against Vandalism. Much appreciated! Thanks - KNM Talk 22:52, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'll take a look at them now. Thanks Matt T2 (talk) 22:54, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Excuse me, sir

[edit]

Please don't revert changes to my User Talk page. If you check the edit summary, you will see that those changes were made by me for my reasons. It's doesn't really concern you. Thanks for understanding. 71.239.133.107 (talk) 23:34, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"It's doesn't really concern you", I thought it was vandalism ;). Sorry for the misunderstanding. Matt T2 (talk) 23:37, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

No harm done, really. 71.239.133.107 (talk) 08:02, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your warning to 67.115.155.103

[edit]

You reverted this change [1] by Special:Contributions/67.115.155.103 and gave him a level 4 warning. I'm just a vandal fighter who ran across this change but it doesn't seem appropriate to me. The IP's reversion was to delete his own posting minutes earlier. Perhaps he had second thought or realized it was in the wrong place. In any case it doesn't look like vandalism. And the level 4 warning for the first warning in 4 months also seems a bit excessive. Is there I something I don't know to explain this? Sbowers3 (talk) 00:10, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Arrgh, sorry I didn't look at the dates, and I think I copy and pasted the wrong one anyway. I removed it from their page. I will make sure I look at the dates next time.

Cheers Matt T2 (talk) 03:09, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The warning before yours was unsigned so you couldn't easily tell the date. And I just noticed today that the previous was from July 2006, not even 2007. I'm going to delete all those old warnings. It's very possible that the current user is a totally different person from a year and a half ago. Cheers, also. Sbowers3 (talk) 14:22, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
