The tone throughout was very neutral. I would add more to the research section. I would also expand maybe even just one or two more sentences on the ect section. Hey,

I would like to start by saying this article is very well done, and good job! There are very few adjustments I would make outside of aesthetic ones. Some of the paragraphs seem to be accidentally made bold, and some of the title headers are different from the others. I would recommend keeping things the same throughout the entire article. It would also be interesting to see where the treatment of mental disorders is heading in the future and I think it would make an interesting section in your article if you choose to add that.
