Penwithick

I have turned Penwithick into a standard place-stub for now. Your other links are not lost - you can recover them by viewing the earlier versions. You should have no trouble building up the article as long as you add some sources fro your information and make clear how what you include is relevant to Penwithick - I wasn't sure, for example, whether the links you gave to Restormel Council were actually about Penwithick or not. (Do you know the website Titanica? This has very brief biogs of pretty much everyone on the ship). I hope you will be able to develop the article.
