I chose the article on Terrorism and the Chicago Project on Security and Terrorism (CPOST). The Terrorism article had a lot of information but does not include everything that we have talked about in class and talks about random forms of terrorism that may or may not be classified as terrorism based on our definition we learned. The author goes into the history but does not mention any of the waves. The author also tries to classify all perpetuators as a common type, even though we learned in class that, terrorists can be from any background. And it does not talk about suicide terrorism. The other article is hard to evaluate because the almost no information to evaluate and there was no sources. My question would go towards the terrorism article and I would ask where he found is sources on the perpetrators. The article was neutral. However, the many different types of terrorism the author claims is distracting. Most of the talk page is referring to the lack of sources/ outdated sources.
