I've removed Rod Morris from the Whangarei article because a quick google search didn't find much which showed him to be notable. The search was confused by hits for another person of the same name, who has also published poetry. If this is the same person, then he is certainly notable enough to be mentioned in the article, so feel free to re-add him with an explanation in the edit summary. If he's not the same person, then you will need a link to a reliable source which explains why he's notable.
