Glen Sobel's birthdate

You wrote that Glen Sobel's birthdate was December 27, 1972, but California birth records show 1970. We are not allowed to cite California birth records until some time after a person has died, typically a year later, per WP:DOB. Since we don't have any WP:Reliable sources stating the correct birth year of 1970, we should not put it into the biography. Showing the wrong birthdate is not the way to do it.
