Conflict of interest at Vile (band)

Hi there, due to your username it's come to my attention that you may have a conflict of interest regarding the Vile article. I would like to ask you to read WP:COI for guidance on how to suitably edit an article that you might have a close personal connection to. Some edits, like reverting vandalism and fixing typos, are perfectly fine for someone with a conflict of interest to make, others, like adding a link to the band's website in the main body of the article, are not and come across as promotional. I have removed the mention of the band website from the main body of the article. You can also see WP:SOAP for more information on this.
