If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Travelsheikh requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Gaijin42 (talk) 01:15, 21 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

deletion

[edit]

I did not personally delete the page, I just nominated it for deletion. Another editor (who is also an administrator) agreed with me and deleted the page.

The page did not indicate the WP:NOTABILITY of the site based on articles or commentary in WP:RELIABLESOURCES. Additionally, based on your email address, you have a Conflict of Interest since you are employed by Travel Sheikh, so even if the site is worthy of a wikipedia article, you should not be the one to make it. You may respond here if you have further questions. Gaijin42 (talk) 01:39, 21 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Response
[edit]

I am actually the co-founder of this company and i am addressing the general info, i didnt add any advertising materials or texts, i worte a very general definitions! it is very easy for me to create the page from any other general email! but i thought i am a trustworthy person to write such an info!

especially that i checked that similar sites and i found them all exist such as wego.com, expedia, kayak! so i am sorry but i dont understand still the reason behind the deletion!! if you may clarify this as you are mentioning that the writing can be done by anyone and also the edit! i mean leave the page and if any user reported it as abuse or whatever at that time you may delete it!

thanks for understanding! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 188.247.77.74 (talk) 01:46, 21 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
