Request reason:

The one and only Wikipedia account I have created has been blocked and the reason I was given is that I have multiple accounts. I don't have any other accounts.

Decline reason:

I don't know of any evidence that you have abused, or even used, multiple accounts. I could consult the blocking administrator about this, but there is no point, as the account would be blocked for other reasons anyway. The account clearly exists to represent a business, and to use Wikipedia to promote that company. Either representing a business or being used for promotional purposes would be sufficient grounds for an account to be blocked. Wikipedia is not a free advertising service.
