- I received your email. Unfortunately, I can not provide the information you are looking for as I do not have access to such information as IP addresses. Such information is only available to certain Wikipedia members the the Wikimedia Foundation. I recommend that you contact your local police department and have them contact the Wikimedia Foundation for the necessary information. Who in the Wikimedia Foundation should they contact. I need a name so that this gets expediting quickly. I dont want them fishing for the right department or name. So please guide me to the department and specific name so that tomorrow morning a letter can be sent out. Yes, by my local law enforcement. They are already aware of some of the things as I have provided them with everything I can get my hands on.

- All of the contact information for the Wikimedia Foundation is available wmf:Contact us. The articles were created just a few minutes before they were deleted per the deletion log entries that you found. On the same screen, if you click the link on the left that says "What links here", you can deduce a bit more information about the article in question.
