This edit you made to hummus removed an inter Wikipedia link, added a category not agreed upon by consensus on the talk page and further, changed the name of a country wholly supported by a citation in the text. - We agreed by consensus to leave the references to Arab cuisine and Jewish cuisine out of categories to preserve neutrality. Also having Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine categories encompasses the people of the region. Please do not reinsert the category. Thank you, Igor Berger (talk) 21:49, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
