Fixing PostCSS References

Hi. Thanks, for good Wikipedia changes review. You set 2 maintenance templates to PostCSS. I totally agree with them.

I asked other developers to find problems with article neutral point of view, si I think first template is just question of time.

But could you help me with second template about references? Wikipedia:External links is very big rule. Could you point what exactly links have problems?

I fount only that some links could not be avoided, because they “Social networking sites”. But I use it to link official point of PostCSS (Twitter is a official feedback channel for PostCSS) and to prove “recognized authority” words (like Sass author words about PostCSS).
