Please stop arbitrarily removing relevant material from the "David Glass" article unless you can offer a legitimate reason for doing so. Glass is a controversial figure, and his handling of the Kansas City Royals is part of that controversy, and the means by which he took control of the Royals is a further part of that story.
Wikipedia has a neutral POV, but that does NOT mean that critical information cannot be entered, but that opinion and undocumented statements cannot be entered. The story of how the vote over ownership of the Royals was conducted was documented by the Kansas City Star at the time it happened.
