myself nishant jha(+91-9334388789) is a RESIDENT OF YOUR STATE.
As we have seen your work style, we use to say after along long time BIHAR has got an active Leader.
But i don't know why you are not enough serious in issue of flood.
I know you can't stop water, but sir one thing you can do and that is byforce please arrange more than 50 helicopter& 500boats from Indian Army and pick all the people (kids,oldage & ladies, gents).
Please save their life.
We are your child and you are Guardian for us, So, please do something because you can't do anything with 4 helicopters & 200-400 boats.
Please compell central government to be in action.
