Hi Njmiller94, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like it here and decide to stay. I noticed you mentioned the class on your user page (which is very helpful for other editors!) and I wanted to share some helpful advice for running Wikipedia assignments. It's designed to ensure students have a positive experience editing Wikipedia, avoid any confusion with accounts acting in bad faith, etc. You can find the guidelines here: advice for running Wikipedia assignments. Actually, it might also help if you could also pass on that link to your instructor.

One other thing: please be careful about using the minor edit flag. "Minor edit" has a very specific and narrow definition on Wikipedia. The short version is that once you're changing the meaning of an article at all, adding or removing words, even just adding a reference, etc. it's best to leave it unchecked. Thanks! Thank you for the notes, I'll definitely keep those in mind moving forward. Our instructor made us read the Wikipedia assignments advice page before we began the course, but it's a helpful resource to look back on.
