This is a comment on the article entitled Forterra. In my opinion, it is biased in favor of the organization. I have had one up-close experience in which a Forterra representative testified for the organization during public comment before the city council of a suburban city regarding a major rezone. She unqualifiedly supported the proposed upzone by the city of approximately 25% of the city to change the single-family residential neighborhoods to high-density development. If fully implemented as passed by the city, this would also eliminate wildlife habitat including many thousands of trees and other plants. Furthermore, I witnessed another Forterra representative make a presentation to the same city council in which it proposed several more such high-density developments.
