HISTORY-Dstudentproductions started in 1998 as a creative outlet for joey Bryan when he was in the Army stationed in Hanau Germany. It was originally called Munky Phuc productions. He would film short comedic skits inspired by his idols from SNL and jack ass. His sole purpose was to entertain and offend as much people as possible. His first actor was John Morton. Who later went on to become a rock star for such bands as grieve, Phucken Aye and hand of glory. Due to deployments, orders, 9/11 and the Iraq war Munky Phuc ended. In 2006 long after Joey Bryan joey had left the Army he by accident started show Glen dyer and sonny Keene his old movies and noticed how much they were laughing and immediately a light went off. instantly all three came to the conclusion they should make a another run of it, They spent months coming up with new names (joey felt Munky Phuc had its time and decided to retire the name) such as second story out house, rotten oranges, rotting seeds of orange county and cool side of the pillow finally out of nowhere the name was born D-student productions. The first movie was a supposed to be a slather film about a female who had more back story’s than a Tarantino movie, it soon became a joke and Glenn, Sonny and Joey just decided to go gonzo style and fill anything that made them laugh. Sal Padilla became the next cast member to join the crew. He was introduced as a prank Joey told Sonny a big producer was coming to meet them and when Sonny met Sal he was terrified and of course Sal messed with for a while before revealing he wasn’t a producer just the new cast mate. Due to Girlfriends, hopefully job opportunities (lol Sonny wanted to be a manager of 24 hr. fitness) and frequent tardiness the entire cast disbanded The current new cast is Joey Bryan, James Loges, Asher courage Bryan, and Sandra Bryan and their biggest success have been on you tube with skits called the child lawyer, Big boys in diapers and other misfit adventures Joey and James go on intoxicated.
