Hi!

I think the main thing that needs to be edited is some continued work on the sections organization and on the introduction. The introduction currently doesn't really feel like background information and talks about salmon populations in specific locations, which could be added to the North America/outside of North America sections. It could be improved by changing it to very general background and a short summary of what the sections are.

Information in some sections seem out of place or are split between two different sections. Information on light/density seems out of place in the habitat (Loss?) section. Effects of commercial fishing are in two places. Split between fishery and environmental pressures doesn't seem clear(especially with competition section).

Other random comments: Climate change section could be broken up into more paragraphs. Thermal requirements could be defined because I at least do not know what it means.
