Hi, Odinegative!
Say, I like your new article. I added a sentence to the introduction to clarify what it's about … you might want to check that to be sure I didn't mess anything up.
One thing probably ought to be clarified. When you speak of a "tail" ±a1…ak.b1b2… you might want to point out that all the aj and bj are normal decimal digits 0 - 9, so that the "digit" (11 or 12) occurs just once, and it comes before the "digit" 10. Just a thought.
Oh – you might also want to mention the tredecimal system of notation in the article.
