Hi there, i've done some clean up work on the article you're writing: i hope you don't mind the changes. The article still needs much work, especially in referencing and i'd like to help you with that. Some sections aren't entirely encyclopaedic in nature or could be presented better e.g. list of artists Kowalski has played with. It would be better to list the most important works he has contributed to and put that in context (year/album/background etc). I haven't deleted much from the article because i see you're a new user and it could help you if i work through the article and develop it with you (in accordance with wikipedia's style and policy). If you're happy to do this drop me a note on my talk page.

Also one thing worries me: this image you uploaded. The license doesn't appear entirely justified - we need confirmation Kowalski has granted permission with an OTRS verification. If you are Mike Kowalski or are closely connected to him (e.g. know him personally) then you should declare a conflict of interest. Please don't be discouraged however! Thanks. Hello again, yes that would count as original research: is that information not on his official website? If so you can reference it from there. Try a citation template like this:
  • <ref> {{cite web |title= |publisher= |url= |accessdate=2008-07-15}} </ref>
Just put the full title of the page, list the website as the publisher and copy the web address into the "url" field. I've filled in today's date to show you how the date is written there.
If the information is not there perhaps you can ask Mike Kowalski to put more information there or maybe ask if he has any interviews he could put up on the site. While if you asked him for the info yourself and directly wrote it to wikipedia it would certainly be true we would have no point of reference. Think of wikipedia as a summary and collection of all the relevant published material about the subject. Sillyfolkboy (talk) 11:52, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Saw your message regarding OTRS on the talk page. I'm useless with such things - try asking User:LaraLove on her talk page she seems know how everything works! Sillyfolkboy (talk) 02:21, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Just noticed that the image went through and everything. Nice job. Good luck with everything. Sillyfolkboy (talk) 18:24, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
