Without any evidence of notability, as defined in WP:N, this name is not allowed on any Wikipedia list of "notable" people. Feel free to discuss, here or on Talk:High School of Performing Arts, what makes you think this person is notable. If it's good, I'll put the name back in myself, perhaps even create a John Steinmetz article. Otherwise, you risk getting your account blocked, along with the IP I presume you were using before.
