Empty Skyline moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Empty Skyline, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. - Greetings:
- Thank you for your expedient attention. Sources I cited included the catalogue of the New York Public Library, the online gift shop of the New York Fire Museum, websites, recordings and videos including performances at large scale events. On one video, the CD's producers and performers are on a podium next to the former governor of New Jersey when they are introduced and the CD is described by the independent event coordinator. Please tell me what additional information I can provide. Thank you very much. PSGarber (talk) 02:38, 5 March 2023 (UTC)
- PS: Again, I appreciate the quick attention. If something doesn't meet your standard, of course it is not up to me to decide this. However, again, my citations and links that were not put up by anyone related to the CD include a link to the catalogue of the New York Public Library, where the disk and accompanying booklet are part of the Lincoln Center Library's research collection. There is a link to the New York Fire Museum, where the CD is for sale online and in their gift shop, to fully benefit them, of course. The CD has been sold to benefit non-profits, through the years including the National Scoliosis Foundation. My links also included performances of some of the songs at the National Maritime Festival, at the National Lighthouse Museum and at the Empty Sky Memorial, at Liberty Park, in Jersey City. At the latter event, the former governor of New Jersey, Jim Mcgreevey, is sitting to the right of the first speaker, as she describes the CD in detail and introduces the producers and performers. Latitia James, the Attorney General for New York state was in the audience of the Lighthouse Museum event when four of the songs from the CD were performed. Again, the contributors to the CD include a Broadway composer, a one time A-List rock star, a singer who was on the European charts years ago, a scorer of several prominent films and other artists who are known and established in their respective circles. Again, as any other private company wikipedia has the right to decide what meets your standards. Thank you very much. PSGarber (talk) 20:41, 5 March 2023 (UTC)
