{{Infobox bus line}}

The X76 is a Stagecoach Express service provided by Stagecoach Western. The route's northernmost point is Glasgow, the southernmost point being Cumnock with the route ending at Muirkirk East Ayrshire.

The main route is from Glasgow's Buchanan Bus Station to Kilmarnock, Hurlford, Crossroads, Mauchline, Catrine, Auchinleck, Cumnock, Logan, Lugar and Muirkirk.

Certain morning journeys call at Bellfield and New Farm Loch and deviate from the main route, calling at Glasgow University instead of Buchanan Bus Station.

Evening and Sunday journeys take a slightly longer route, calling at smaller settlements such as Drumleyhill in Hurlford, Ballochmyle in Mauchline and Backrogerton in Auchinleck.

The livery of the service varies, from Stagecoach Express and Stagecoach Western buses and coaches to Megabus and Scottish Citylink coaches.
