I repeat - do not add advertising. Your section on recruiting was pure spam and I've removed it again. If you persist in adding this material, you may get blocked for advertising. Also you do not give any references for the article. All articles on Wikipedia must be referenced. Please see WP:RS for details of what are considered reliable sources.
