A Kshatriya may become a recluse like Gautam Buddha, Mahavir. Although Sanyass is strictly speaking Brahmin's duty first and last. Kshatriya Arjun was encouraged to fight by Krishna in Geeta although Arjun was first hesitant and also expressed desire to live as a recluse. He was clearly not born as a Bairagi. He was born to Lakshman Dev, most probably a Khatri like Kapil Dev and Rahul Dev of today.

Ravi Shankar is accused of teaching Sudarshan Kriya which is not very different from Kapalbhati/Bhastrika by Ramdev and is thus highly controversial and harmful. I will only say this in my defence. Take care, you all. Thanks.
