Proposed deletion of Terrie Sultan

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Terrie Sultan, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Notability of subject not established; merely being director of the Museum is not notable in itself. No concrete third-party sources given and very few external references found.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. §FreeRangeFrog 23:43, 13 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Username block

[edit]

As you may have noticed, I have blocked this account because the username violates our username policy which prohibits the use of company, organisation, group, website names as usernames. Please also be aware that Wikipedia strongly discourages people from editing articles about subjects close to them, such as their employers and themselves. Please see Conflict of Interest and Autobiography guidelines for more details. Wikipedia only reports what has already been published by reliable, independent secondary sources and as such your contributions need to sourced. Edits based on personal information and such are not acceptable. Regards, Sarah 00:49, 1 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
