Note about this block[edit]

After blocking PortugalPepe for sockpuppetry, I ran a checkuser on his account and discovered this account had edited in a similar area, and was  Technically indistinguishable. In this context, I've blocked this account. PhilKnight (talk) 18:33, 17 October 2014 (UTC)
