Subsidiary = imprint
That's just not true, the imprint article clarifies it's akin to a trade name or brand. So, even if the company and the imprint share the same WP:COMMONNAME, that doesn't mean they are the same thing: the company is a defined entity, legally incorporated (LLC; co., ltd., ltd.; and so) while the imprint is a registered trademark...
