Please don’t bite me, I’m a newbie!
I’m a university student in a Wikipedia Education class, and I’m currently learning how to contribute to Wikipedia.
I am approaching my subject in good faith.
If you have any concerns or questions, my tutor’s name is Airbubbles_451 (talk · contribs). Thanks!

Regarding your edit under "Structure", please read WP:NOTHOWTO. Wikipedia is not a guide of how to do something, and does not use the 2nd person pronoun, "you". Please revise this section extensively or I - or another editor - will have to severely prune it. Thanks and good luck! Zefr (talk) 03:45, 10 May 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you so much for the quick feedback, I really appreciate it. I will amend the section now. Pivan0009 (talk) 04:41, 10 May 2022 (UTC)
- See my edit here for how to use WP:REFNAME for repeat uses of the same source. There are many remaining repeats you can fix for practice: Turkish J, Palmatier, Author Services, etc. Zefr (talk) 19:22, 10 May 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you. I am struggling with adding the template through source code editing. Is there another way I could do this? Pivan0009 (talk) 02:04, 17 May 2022 (UTC)
- From my edit on 10 May, follow this example.[1] Then, the next time that ref is needed, just insert the ref name, like this.[1] Note: to view the actual code, examine the edit under "View history" or see the format within "Edit" when you begin to make the changes. I'm following the article, so will see how it goes for you. Zefr (talk) 02:09, 17 May 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you! I believe I have fixed up the references by putting the same reference under the same number. Please let me know if I have done this incorrectly. Thanks. Pivan0009 (talk) 02:40, 24 May 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hi Pivan0009! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Review article that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. - Hi! Thank you for bringing this mistake to my attention. For next time I will definitely make sure I tick the appropriate box for edits. Thanks again! Pivan0009 (talk) 11:14, 23 May 2022 (UTC)
