Hi Pixie Di, I recently rewrote the ice spike article. This was sparked off when I found the strange trapezoid ahaped hole in the ice in a bucket of water in my garden. The one you had in you bird bath is amazing and very rare - I've only seen one simlar one on the web at [1] Please, please, please, could you upload one of your photos to wikipedia so it can go in the article? If you look on the left of the page you'll see "upload file" - just follow the instructions.
