To make this as clear as possible: We don't block "accounts", we block "people". Once your original account was blocked, it was YOU that was blocked, and any subsequent accounts you make are a violation of that block and will also be blocked. The deception in trying to claim you didn't know you were blocked or your account was a different one that you forgot the password of doesn't help your case.
