Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you? - No everything is pretty relevant. It gives a good idea as to who Jordan and his significance as a first nations athlete.

Is the article neutral? Are there any claims, or frames, that appear heavily biased toward a particular position? - there is no bias or opinion towards him as a person at any time. There is just straight facts about him and what he has done as a first nation athlete in Canada.

Where does the information come from? Are these neutral sources? If biased, is that bias noted? - The information comes from multiple types of sources. Some more "wiki acceptable" than some others. Some are scholarly articles that talk about Tootoo which are reputable and others not so much such as blog posts.

Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented? His trading within other teams and his journey was strongly overrepresented and tied into a lot of other things such as his personal life and how that affected him.

Check a few citations. Do the links work? Is there any close paraphrasing or plagiarism in the article? Yes all the links work. They bring my directly to the sources that are being referenced. There is a few sentences that could be considered plagiarism that are used and would help if the effort was put in to reword it differently, that would bring this article to the next level.
