I can still see no source for your additions beyond a blog. As for the sponsored shirts I am fairly certain Poole Town were wearing these the first time I saw them in 1972, the day a club from the midlands, the name of which escapes me, beat them 6-1 at the stadium. Thank you for your reply. I will read the sources you give. The Poole Town game I described was the first time you fielded Ron Clayton, bought from Oxford United for, I think, £8,000!!! Poole scored a good goal with a flying header but by that time Kettering had scored six average ones. Britmax (talk) 19:08, 1 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
