In the event that the administrator who is considering this request is not aware of them, I would ask that two additional inputs be considered:

1. Within two days of being blocked for sock puppetry connected with user Posah-tai-vo, Rogue Gremlin created another sock under Dead_Velvet_Elvis (which has now also been blocked).

2. Rogue Gremlin's long history of making dubious edits, and then repeatedly reverting despite the heavy weight of evidence against his views. A review of Rogue's talk page history reveals the nature of these episodes (as well as Rogue's rapid deletion of the many criticisms and complaints lodged against him).
