Request reason:

66.249.64.0/19 is blocked I believe by mistake, 66.249.86.0/23 is one of the netblocks we use to exit from our corp network to the internet from our datacenter offices. This block practically means that Google employees cannot edit any pages while at work if they work in a datacenter. The actual netblock you want to block to keep GoogleBot from getting to these pages is 66.249.64.0/20, this contains all the crawlbot ips. Already mailed the admin who blocked, and requested and appeal, but received no replies.
