Ruslan Baghdasaryan Shahen

Born in 1980, 28th of June, Yerevan.

In 1997 left school N.189 named after Samvel Gevorgyan (Yerevan) and entered Yerevan State University – Faculty of Economics.

In 2014 graduated from the University – obtaining bachelor’s degree in Economics.
In 2015 graduated from the Armenian State University of Economics- Faculty of Public and Municipal Management by getting master’s degree.
In 2002 was elected as a member of the Council of Elders ofDavtashen Administrative District and made an activity till 2005.
From 2005-2006 was the Assistant to the Head of Davtashen Administrative District.
From 2006-2007 was the Adviser to the Head of the Davtashen Administrative District.

In 2008 was elected as a Member of the Council of Elders of Davtashen District.

In 2009 was elected as a member of Yerevan City Council of Elders and made an activity till 2012.

From 2010-2012 worked in the State Committee of the Real Property Cadaster of the Government of the Republic of Armenia. First as Head of the General Department of Nor Nork territorial department, then as Deputy Head of “Arabkir” Service Office. On May 22, 2012 was appointed as the Head of Davtashen Administrative District. From 2014-2015 was awarded “The Best Head of the Administrative District of Year” from the National Confidence Council.

In 2016 was awarded with “AnaniaShitakatsi” medal from the President of the Republic of Armenia for his social and political activity.

In 2015 was awarded with gold medal from the Mayor of Yerevan. In 2015 was awarded with “VazgenSagsyan” medal from the Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia. In 2015 was awarded with “Erkrapah for 25 Years” jubilee medal from the “Erkrapah Volunteers’ Union” of the Republic of Armenia. In 2014 was awarded with “The 5th Brigade for 20 years” jubilee medal from the Erkrapah Volunteers’ Union. In 2013 was awarded with the “Erkrapah Union” medal from the Erkrapah Volunteers’ Union of the Republic of Armenia. In 2011 was awarded with “Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia for 20 Years” medal from the Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia

Member of the Republican Party of Armenia.
