What message does it give when you get autoblocked? Specifically, is a username mentioned?

Unfortunately due to the way the MediaWiki software works, when an IP address is blocked for whatever reason, that affects everyone who uses that IP address, even users logged in under their username (even longtime known-good users). Blocks on one username can affer other usernames. This is rather silly, but there's nothing that administrators can do to change that. -- Curps 06:58, 21 March 2006 (UTC)
