As you can see, currently the page you created has not been deleted (if you follow this link you will find it). It certainly needs some work, though i suspect Westermann is notable enough for an entry, which is why you were notified it might be deleted. I have taken the liberty of removing the copy of the article which you have on this page, as that is not the purpose of the page (if there is anything you need in it, you can always access it again through the history of this page); this user talk page is really just for this, what i am doing, discussing something with you, a user.
