This is a sandbox page that I plan to put out as [Wet Web Tester] after a few reviewers have scanned through the page. I am a newcomer and I put up articles for WET twice before and they got deleted as I had apparantely not followed the guidelines. I have rewritten the article completely and tried to follow the Wiki ethos.
