Proposed deletion of Licerio Topacio

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Licerio Topacio, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. I cleaned it up, & it will be likely kept, but needs more exact documentation & to be written in a more encyclopedic tone: see our guide to writing Wikipedia articles..I'd advise you to add this very quickly, because it might possibly get nominated for regular deletion. 20:52, 12 October 2008 (UTC)
