Ruud van Nistelrooy Trivia[edit]

Hey there ;) I really think the fact that Ruud only scored one goal from outside the box is a really interesting one. I think you can agree that a lot of people will be intrigued (or at least smile) when they read it... It only adds really, and it's a trivia. Van Nistelrooy revert[edit]

Hello! I see you too are a fan of Dutch striker Ruud Van Nistelrooy. I would just like to explain to you where I obtained what you called "misinformation" --> [[1]]

Now, the heading indicates that he has started 9 games and scored 4 goals, but in his performances this week alone he has scored 6 goals (in the Spanish Premier League), leading me to believe that the top numbers are only for the Spanish Premier League goals, and that the heading is outdated. I believe that a players goals for a team (within the infobox) should be listed comprehensively, without distinction between the leagues that they were scored in, and looking at the table, it is clear that Van Nistelrooy has scored 12 goals while at Real Madrid. I will admit that I *may* have made a mistake (of one goal) while extrapolating information from the table, but this is something that could have easily been fixed, rather than reverted back to outdated information.--Flute138 21:13, 12 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, check out this site [[2]] for more proof that my information was correct as of the time of editing (with yesterday's four goals, his goal count comes to 13). Hey, de categorie is genomineerd voor hernoeming, en inmiddels zijn er zelfs een aantal die menen dat de categorie samengevoegd en verwijderd dient te worden met de sporters per sport.
