"Nhé" is an onomatopoeia used regularly by some specimens of the human species. It mostly means a lack of determined opinion about something, or just plain indiference.
One notorious use of this word, comes from one of those specimens, considered one of the most beautiful women in the universe, and incredibly loved by her boyfriend; who regularly uses it as an answer to her boyfriend's question of "how goes work?". This does not, however, denote reduced intelligence from part of the subject, instead just shows slight disappointment about the day's tasks.
