Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Unipolar motor, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Field Marshal (talk) 18:00, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, there is a big mistake in this item: unipolar motor is not "also called hompolar motor": homopolars have their own Wiki page.
Here the difference: homopolar motors haven't commutation, unipolar motors have a simple commutation (on/off without changing the electric polarities), bipolar motors have double commutation (inversion of electrical polarities).
Please, erase or modify this page. 151.57.170.124 (talk) 17:21, 15 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
