[edit]Welcome!
Hello, Rontemplin, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Tutorial
- How to edit a page and How to develop articles
- How to create your first article (using the Article Wizard if you wish)
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{help me}}
before the question. Again, welcome!
- Please read Wikipedia guidelines, especially WP:COI. Your edit history thus far suggests your primary interest is in writing about an artist whom you represent. Thanks, 99.0.82.226 (talk) 12:56, 16 July 2011 (UTC)
- Karen Carroll whom I started a page is now a friend that I help but do not work for. It may be considered a WP:COI but I assure you, my intrest in writing for Wikipedia is not about advancing her career. I love to write and have finished six books for my own enjoyment and have no interst in publishing any of them. I will write possible COI everytime I edit her page to make sure no rules have been broken. Her name is mentioned a few times in Wikipedia but no page on her was started so I did without any reason other than to improve Wikipedia and it's readers.

- Thanks for your note. No intention of throwing a damper on your contributions, which are positive, but online research indicated that you were her representative. Consider my message a formality, and please continue to add to Wikipedia. By the way, I noticed that you signed your article contributions, which is unnecessary--only talk page comments require a signature. Cheers, 99.0.82.226 (talk) 21:12, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
