[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Kathleen Hogan is the serving Warren County prosecutor. She has been prosecutor for almost 10 years. Hogan is seeking re-election this year. Among other things, she was chosen as NYS Prosecutor of the Year in 2012. Hogan was also the President of the NYS district attorneys' association.
