Rubylaine Vergara was born on august 10,1995 at cebu city.Her mother is teresa vergara and her father is roberto vergara.She is now living at SUSCO,limkakeng Subdivision Banawa Cebu City.Rubylaine is the eldest in the family and she has five siblings.When she was young,she loves to sing and to read many kinds of books.When she was an elementary student,she became a chessplayer and played with different schools representing her school as a board 2.She graduated in elementary at GUADALUPE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.In high school,she studied at the ABELLANA NATIONAL SCHOOL.Now,she is studying at CEBU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY - UNIVERSITY having a course of BSCE which is the civil engineering.Someday,she want to be a succesful women.
