You need to prove that you have the legal rights to be able to use the image. If you are not the photographer then you need to provide evidence that they are prepared to allow their photograph to be freely used in the public domain. The problem with adding Kumarasinghe Sirisena is that his article doesn't have any collaborating evidence that he attended Bandaranayake College. I'm sure that he probably did but it still needs a supporting reference to confirm that. The reference to Revolvy is just a link back to the Wikipedia article, which is not considered a reliable source. See if you can find something more specific. Schools Comment

It’s okay to include extracurricular activities and sports where there is evidence that they are notable in the context of the school or achievements that are particularly relevant to the school's reputation. All schools have clubs and listing them does not add to the basic description of the school that is needed for an encyclopedia. As per WP:WPSCHOOLS/AG#OS, a school’s article on Wikipedia is not meant to a replacement or replicate a school’s website. Dan arndt (talk) 14:52, 7 May 2019 (UTC)
