Make sure to structure your page like other successful Wikipedia pages. You can just take a look at other Wikipedia pages and see what makes them "good." Peer review

You could differentiate between blue and white collar workers. There you could discuss the different social etiquette each has to follow when they interact with each other dress code, communication, behavior, etc. Maybe add a section about customer interactions.
